gyptazy<p>"All Flash" is my new homelab storage (6x 4T) &amp; I'm not sure if it'll still be <a href="https://mastodon.gyptazy.com/tags/FreeBSD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FreeBSD</span></a>. </p><p>The goal? Providing storage for clients at home (NFS/CIFS) but also to servers like Proxmox by NVMeoF (TCP).</p><p>It's not a ready-to-use NAS and more a MiniPC with 6x NVMe slots and 2x 2.5Gbit and 1x 10Gbit network. So, I'm happy to make the best out of it. j5v<p>I'm wondering whether to go all-in on a silly little coding adventure: a defrag simulator. </p><p>Some people find these satisfying to watch.</p><p>I can see a way for it to start simple, but then grow subtleties.
