I'm looking for a secure online form platform that's HIPAA compatible and offers a BAA for not unreasonable money, and is standalone (NOT part of a whole practice management/EHR/telehealth package).
Whatcha using and do you like it?
I'm looking at FormHippo, which is very cheap (which is good, I need cheap) but also looks rather sketchy. Opinions on it?

Well, not so randomly: I have been watching a video about Canada's COVID response that's so upsetting I am having trouble getting through it, that is about how utterly unwilling the Infectious Disease doctors in Canada were to accept the work of scientists from other fields (aerosol physicists, in particular) all the way back to SARS1...
And I keep thinking about Charles Silverstein walking into that meeting of the American Psychiatric Association Nomenclature Committee clutching a literature review of all the scientific study of homosexuality in other branches of science that the psychiatrists didn't know about, and how it changed the world, because the psychiatrists were willing to be changed. Because they were willing to have their minds changed by science.
