The Searchers, the longest running pop band in history (68 years!), have announced they’ll disband after their final show in June at the Glastonbury festival. They’re all well into their 80’s but they say the reason for their retirement isn’t at all that they’re tired of performing: it’s that the traffic driving from show to show has become intolerable.

Cities and Fashion with Derek Guy, the Menswear Guy

How do dense, walkable cities influence what people wear? Otherwise known as The Menswear Guy, Derek Guy rose to fame on social media for his takes on men's fashion. He also dips his toes into urbanism from time to time, arguing that the ecosystems that support quality craftsmanship and expert tailoring are strongest in places where it's easy to get around without a car.
