#Widespread #snow #showers will pass through the #Northland Wednesday night. Total #snowfall by late Thursday morning will be 2 to 9 inches.

#Temperatures will be in the teens and low 20s as the snow falls, then #cooling throughout Thursday as #winds become strong. #Gusts will be over 40 mph by the afternoon.

NE 15-25 mph winds, 35-50 mph gusts are expected for Inland Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Bernardino County mountains, especially south of the Cajon Pass. E 20-30 mph winds, with gusts 50-60 mph (occasionally to 75 mph for ridges / passes) for the San Diego County foothills and mountains. NE 20-30 mph winds, 50-60 mph gusts for the Santa Ana Mountains, foothills and canyons.

More high winds and possible Southern California Edison (SCE) outages are coming. The US National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard has posted a fire weather watch through Thursday at 10 pm. Also, a red flag warning is in effect through Tuesday at 10 pm.

SCE has advised that around 28,000 Thousand Oaks customers could see power outages due to PSPS events. SCE says the outage window is between 6 am Monday and 3 pm Wednesday. Affected circuits are shown in the blue areas of the second map. (1/3)
