This day has unearthed her.
Smoke all around her forest, at
Each edge of her land, the scent
Of it heavy with destruction &
Threat. She sinks down onto her
Haunches to ground herself, to
Meditate, & reach deep into
The soil beneath her, that
Inverted #zenith of the cosmos,
In direct opposition to the
Sun, an eternal alignment of
The leys of her body & the
Universe, the planets, the comets,
The mysteries. Here she finds the
Calm which preserves her.
