Splatoon Unofficial :inkling: 🍉<p><strong>News / Emulators: The Switch emulator Ryujinx is no longer available</strong></p><p>If you've emulated Nintendo Switch software through an emulator, such as the Splatoon series, you'll be disappointed to learn that <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/Ryujinx" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Ryujinx</span></a> is no longer available.</p><p>The repositories were taken down earlier today and a staff member has <a href="https://discord.com/channels/410208534861447168/410222607581839365/1290743991310221495" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">issued this statement on their Discord server</a>.</p><blockquote><p>Yesterday, gdkchan was contacted by Nintendo and offered an agreement to stop working on the project, remove the organization and all related assets he's in control of. While awaiting confirmation on whether he would take this agreement, the organization has been removed, so I think it's safe to say what the outcome is. Rather than leave you with only panic and speculation, I decided to write this short message to give some closure.</p><p>These words are my own. I don't want to speak for anyone else here, so just remember that while reading.</p><p>Thank you to everyone who has contributed code, documentation or issue reports to the project. Splatoon Unofficial :inkling: 🍉<p><strong>Community / Announcements: Thank You</strong></p><p>Now that the <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/GrandFestival" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GrandFestival</span></a> <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/Splatfest" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Splatfest</span></a> is over and Splatoon 3 having less happening from now on, I would just like to reassure everyone here that we will continue actively posting about the game. Things may be less frequent, but I am determined to continue reporting on the Splatoon series here (and the Animal Crossing series at <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://wetdry.world/@crossing" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>crossing</span></a></span>).</p><p>I'm hoping we'll be able to host more events soon to keep things fresh. Splatoon Unofficial :inkling: 🍉<p><strong>News / Tournaments: Squids for Palestinian Kids is hosting a tournament on June 2nd</strong></p><p>Back in March, you may have remembered that we covered an event that the Splatoon content creator ProChara was hosting in support of the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.</p><p>Our community here managed to raise an inkredible US$30 (at minimum) through the Tiltify campaign! </p><p>As the situation is getting worse each day, Palestinian children need our help more than ever and one of the organisers from that event is hosting another round of support next week!</p><p>On the 2nd of June at 6pm BST, SFPK will be hosting a tournament to raise more money for Palestine!
