@eowyncwper Most likely font support issues. Seems פֿ‎ comes from the Unicode block “ALPHABETIC PRESENTATION FORMS” and the rest come from the regular “HEBREW” Unicode block. The standard Hebrew font of your browser must support the “HEBREW” block, but needs a fallback font for “ALPHABETIC PRESENTATION FORMS”
