Tthe 100+ year old #Regency on #VanNess in #SanFrancisco that was known to hippies in the 60's as The #Avalon Ballroom, before serving time as a chain cinema, reopened as a #concert events #venue in the 2000's...Since falling under aegis of AEG's #Goldenvoice division it has recently received ventilation, sound and lighting upgrades , not to mention more toilets!

I met some lovely people today on Glastonbury Tor, all of us waiting for sunrise. While the sunrise itself lacked the actual sun, it made up for in atmosphere. Difficult to convey in one image but this mist literally just danced up from the ground to meet the sky. Magical.
