Last night #Russia conducted an attack on residential blocks in #Dobropillia near #Pokrovsk, killing 14 civilians including 5 children.[^1] What was especially Russian in this attack was that they applied double-tap tactics hitting the same place with cluster munitions again shortly after rescue services arrived - this is clearly visible in a video which I will post in a moment.

Granted what #Trump said yesterday that #Putin is “doing what anybody would do”[^2] I’m just wondering if it’s now okay for “anybody” to start firing double-tap attacks on Russian Belgorod, Kursk, Rostov?
