@revndm #RiffRaff um, wow. That was a wild ride. Sort of a Royal Tenenbaums repressed family vibe, but unlike that, this has enough comic relief to keep it from getting annoying. Jennifer Coolidge is perfectly wacky and pathetic, Bill Murray is at his checked-out, nihilistic best, and then the tension all just descends into murderous violence.
I'm not sure what I just saw but it was extremely entertaining.

Ok: #Mickey17 , not what I expected, but good. If you are even *slightly* interested, go THIS WEEK, and see it in the biggest, loudest theatre you can, because the sight and sound is DEF part of the experience.
I don't want to say too much without spoiling something because it's kind of all over the place.
I will say that in the penultimate scene someone shouted "take that, Melania."
It's like Pandorum meets Starship Troopers meets Demolition Man. Go see it.

I mean Starz/Lionsgate you really dropped the promo ball on this one.
Uhh did anyone even know this movie existed? I literally have heard nothing about it until I saw it on the "now showing" at Showcase.
Internet people, apparently there was a Dirty Dancing prequel that came out in the early 2000s, and there is a sequel to Dirty Dancing (maybe?) in the works as well.
This film is becoming a franchise, and good for it.
Dance films are a genre I’d like to watch more often, so the more of them the better. 
How many people do you think quote the line "alright, Mr Demille, I'm ready for my close-up." Without knowing the context?
Like what percent of them are thinking that sounds like "badass diva" instead of "homicidal psychopath"?
Finally got around to watching "Heretic." I should not have had such low expectations! Hugh Grant is having the time of his life in this.

12 years ago on Feb 19, South Korean director PARK Chul-soo was killed by a driver when crossing the street. Park's film 301/302 was the 2nd SK film to receive a theater release in the US. His films still aren't as widely discussed as they should be
