Only the people can stop fascism once it has found its stride and has its enablers in place.
"There was no reasonable likelihood of conviction ..." because the crown and judiciary protect power instead of ensuring/delivering justice.
1. The caller told the popo the boy may have a "severe handicap"
2. The teen was playing like a 7 year old (has a 7 year old brain...)
3. The boy acted like an autistic person when the 3 cops attacked him (screaming etc)
4. The boy asked for his mom and said its ok (aka calm down) repeatedly.

Jason Kenney is so blatantly corrupt, hated and dangerous that he got high society job at a Calgary law firm. Notably, zero perpetrators of Canadas genocide of indigenous people has even been charged…like Teflon Catholic pedo-priests.
As someone who has had my life completely destroyed by a fascist family law system and it’s morally and ethically-devoid greed-lawyers, it brings me immense pleasure to see lawyers getting harmed by the very fascist system they enable and protect!
Every bankrupt lawyer and judge is a poetic step toward actual Justice!
