I have probably had my head in the sand more in the last 5 months than ever previously. This is terrible, but the good news my partner has been compensating - we switched roles 🤣

Teamwork is great! We work best together because we plan differently and have different priorities. We came together and are taking a proactive approach.

The standup joke wrote that makes me laugh the loudest is:
The best #SecurityCulture is to lie to ourselves 🤐
Funny because false lol

I won't go into details because they aren't mine to share, but a fash publication dropped dox (real name, location, years of internet history) on an antifascist member of the #fediverse today, based in large part on their activity on @kolektiva dot social and elsewhere on #Mastodon.

Just a reminder that the enemy is aware that we are gathered here and is watching us, and as we head into these dangerous times it's important to remember that. Think twice before posting anything here you wouldn't want linked to you in a court of law, for example. #SocialMedia #fascism #antifa #SecurityCulture #feditips

@ariadne
the link is from Screwston Antifacist Committee's website.

i posted it for locals to check out. i made no directives and gave no advice. many locals likely already know about SAC (and non-locals who have bought their t-shirts).

the definition of "fed activity" is working for the feds. all the other shit is all of us using our best judgements and hopefully waiting for papers and clear confirmation before fedjacketing.

SAC has plenty of social media presence outside their website. in case you're interested in checking them out and speaking from a place of knowledge.

or if you'd like to fedjacket them all individually

Once your worst enemies possess a piece of information, there is a tendency to loosen the secrecy level, since the bad guys have it already. Hence, the non - classified nature of a lot of scary information.

However, it may be wiser to continue restriction of a lot which the main opposition already possesses. No need to bring small-potatoes nuisance antagonists into "the know" and even your enemies may prefer a clear playing field.

This applies to a lot of local and domestic intrigues as well. No point letting shady Paul in on the secret that your security camera is a fake even if crooked Peter already knows it.
