MixcloudNewbie Sessions #1 with DJ BaralWelcome to my very first recorded trance set! So there's a bit of a story here. Despite having a controller for a few years and playing a few sets on it, I just never really focused any time and effort into actually practicing & improving my DJ skills. A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to change that and get serious about DJing, and this set was the result! I started with Super8 & Tab's fantastic "XX" and then just let the music flow and guide me. This set contains some of my favorite high-energy trance tunes, and varies between 136bpm-140bpm. Since I'm still learning, don't expect polished perfection - there are a few minor errors in this mix - but even so, I wanted to post this as a baseline benchmark of my skills at this early point in my musical journey. Feedback is VERY welcome; please feel free to let me know what works and what doesn't - just make sure to keep any criticism constructive. That said, I had a ton of fun putting this set together, and I hope you enjoy it too! ❤️🐲
