DC area observation, YMMV:

the cybertrucks vanished for 3 weeks.
then I saw one, parked in handicap spot of course
then I saw another one, also parked in a handicap spot.

over the next week they gradually started showing up again to where I saw two in one day again. the owners were feeling emboldened I guess.

but since this 46,000 vehicle recall... I haven't seen one all week
