A red tomcat lies relaxed on a board of a scratching post next to a window. The board is covered with blue, fluffy plush fabric. The cat's head is slightly tilted to one side, his eyes are closed as if he is sleeping. His front paws are stretched out and protrude over the board towards the camera. The sun shines through the window and bathes his fur in a warm, golden light. The scene looks peaceful and cosy.

The window behind him is full of seafood and wine with dried leaves, hanging fruit, and eleven lit lightbulbs above. Cicchetti is more or less the Italian version of tapas, and is usually served on small plates. Perhaps he's having a dolce, or dessert.

Black and white. A man and a woman are walking towards the Tate Modern art gallery. It's a very tall brick-built former power station. There is a wide entrance with the words, "Tate Modern - Free and open to all" above it. High up, near the top of the picture is a balcony with a chest-height metal railing where eleven people are looking out at the view. One is currently looking at his phone, possibly researching St Paul's Cathedral which is almost opposite, across the River Thames.

The picture shows a dog with a predominantly white coat with brown patches, mainly around the eyes, ears and on the sides of the head. Its ears are large, triangular and erect. The dog's eyes are amber in color, round and shiny, and he looks directly upwards at the camera, giving him an alert and curious expression. The dog is wearing a black harness with red plastic buckles.

Black and white. The al fresco dining area of a central London cafe/restaurant. Eleven tables are in a row, each with a wicker armchair, seen from the near end, all with knife and fork, some with salt and pepper. A late middle-aged couple are sitting on opposite sides of the ninth table, the man on the left and the woman on the right, both with their hands clasped and wrists on the table, mirroring each other. He has a plate of food in front of him, she has her phone on the table. Both have a tall glass of drink with a straw. There is a vase of nine tulips straddling the seventh and eighth tables. Beyond them are a few more similar tables and chairs, with a young woman sitting at one of them. Beyond those is the window of the cafe through which can be seen the letters, "Welcome to Leicester Square, home of West End theatre". A man and a woman are standing inside the cafe.
