woollypigs<p>Wasn't up for a run today. But remembered that we had a TRX strap (Calisthenics) in the van, that we haven't used for 9+ months. Boy, only 7 minutes and I was knackered, I used to do 25min sessions followed by 25min of Rope Flow, think Tai Chi with a weighted skipping rope.
