In today's post we have a real history lesson! The Copacabana Night Club in NYC is not just a fictional setting for the Barry Manilow classic tune from the 1970s. It was a very real place run by some of the most infamous New Yorkers of their day. My mom and dad went there in 1962. I am thankful that her name was not Lola! :)
