As part of our First Contact celebration we decided to make root beer floats.

We had missed some free floats at PCC yesterday which gave us the idea… and in the process of getting some fancy pop and vegan ice cream (from our favorite shop, Frankie & Jo’s) we realized kiddo had somehow never had a root beer float before!

Naturally we had to use some Star Trek glasses. The floats were delicious! And not at all insidious like the Federation1.

It's called Patch from Scratch. It's where your synthesizer is a blank slate, nothing plugged in. You have no plans and you just start plugging in patch cables. So yes, at the very beginning, there is no sound. Lol
