played some Toem tonight with my partner! it was nice cause he would help me better remember the mechanics, point stuff out that I wouldn't have noticed, enjoy more deeply the stuff i thought was funny, and overall helped me remember stuff in my brain related to all the photo tasks (partially cause he would bring them up and partially because repeating the objectives back to him helped me remember better too!)

I don't usually like photo games but the quest system and the art have made it pretty nice

But I never completed it, so now I'm going right back to the beginning!

Any time you release a #VideoGame in the modern era, you get inundated with emails from "reviewers" asking for free game keys to review the game. Some ask for 10+ keys!

The problem is that nearly all of them are bullshit. They want the keys so they can resell them on a third-party marketplace.

Many new devs, excited about the prospect of free marketing, acquiesce... and only hurt their own bottom line in the process.
