#Save campaigns are fan-led digital efforts to reverse the cancellation of favorite TV series. They've been instrumental in bringing shows like "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" and "Lucifer" back from the brink. I wish this post were still true but fucking #Amazon has cancelled #ALOTO. The studios are not our friends, and we need to #BackTheWriters more than ever.

The writers didn't cancel #Batgirl's release and #Batwoman on the #CW; and remove #CartoonNetwork archives from #HBOmax. #WarnerDiscovery's new owner did.
The studios are the reason #Yellowjackets and #AbbottElementary season 3 will be late if the strike doesn't end soon, not the #WGA.
If you're a #fan, support the #WGAstrike. Support the writers.
So, Amazon is yanking the (insufficient crumbs) mini-season of #ALeagueOfTheirOwn that they ordered as some kind of compromise, or “let them eat cake “thing, or whatever. And…I guess they're blaming the strikes? THR certainly wants their readers to think so, if nothing else.

Anything with violence as a staple feature is a no-go, and anything Game of Thrones level dark is a no. I'm looking to relax, not cringe. I generally prefer drama over comedy.
