I had a really exciting day meeting candidates for the work's Young Backstage scheme.
It was lovely to meet so many young humans excited by the idea of working backstage in sound/video/lighting/stage/workshops/stage management.
My little workshop station had them adding sound effects to a 1920s silent cartoon (from a collection provided on a midi keyboard), which proved to be a fun task that tested creativity cueing accuracy, and teamwork.
