TinyBasicWeb now has objects instead of just a stack of JS strings (you won't see all this junk in non-debug), and I can assign & use variables! (can't operate on them yet) If I had GOTO you could be dangerous.
Protip: In the spec I tell you:
Keyboard: F-keys change state. F1: Command, F2: Run/Resume, F3: Memo, F4: Input.
First complete program run! WOO!

Last weekend @horniger showed me his #FamiClone consoles and I found out there are cartrdiges with 2 different #BASIC dialects for it. So I bought one from ebay (https://www.ebay.de/itm/356213373397) for a few Euros - and here we are: G-BASIC and F-BASIC ... and a keyboard that bounces like hell! 
Those of you who like and continue to use #BASIC, what do you like? What do you miss when you're coding in something else? Yes, embedded BASIC dialects count.

And you shouldn't think this is a plain text editor with a compiler. It's a structured BASIC editor that only beeps and doesn't let you leave a line that's invalid. Then it reindents it and sets uppercase keywords.
If you don't know what you're doing in it, it's reset-your-ST time.
Kids Today™ whine that they can't figure out :wq in vi, they need to use GFA BASIC and understand that you read the fucking manual before operating a program.

And then because I was annoyed with modern coding, but I'm still too caffeinated, I got back to dinking around with the Atari ST. Hisoft BASIC crashes too often for my fun, so GFA 3.5 it is.
But PRINT goes thru the VT-52 emulator, so you can't draw control chars. Gotta hit the AES(?) routines, which draw weirdly.

Writing a basic Linux device driver when you know nothing about Linux drivers
The cover here is great, but giving false advertising. No Apple ][ game looked that good, were not in cabinets (that's Atari.), and pretty women in flimsy dresses were not going to be enthralled by your space videogame.
