This video from @notjustbikes is a brilliant combination of deep-dive journalism and crusading political dissent. And like the account name suggests, it's not just about bikes or bike lanes. It's on the somewhat longer side at 38 minutes, but it's absolutely worth watching all the way through. It flew by for me! Please share it widely with your friends and family. (And yes, I'm posting about it again!)

now Doug Ford’s conservative party has introduced a legislative amendment to indemnify the government against
* lawsuits etc from cyclists maimed or families of cyclists killed on roads where bike lanes were ripped out;
* costs of ripping out the bike lanes.
what more evidence do we need that this government feels accountable to NOBODY?!

separated bike lanes help a big group of people - people with disabilities who use wheels to get around and can go faster than pedestrians.

here’s one person speaking out against Doug Ford’s spiteful bill authorizing ripping out separated bike lanes in Toronto:

“… I feel like my safety is not being taken into consideration as a citizen, a person with a disability. … It makes me feel dispensable, like they don't care."
