Sunrise is at 7 AM.
That's it.
Yes, the new time zones will be very thin. Yes, it won't work very well at very high latitudes. Yes, you will be constantly having to specify which time zone you scheduled something in. Yes, most days won't actually be 24 hours long anymore. Yes–okay actually this wasn't such a great idea.

IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!!! 
If you live in Australia and take strictly scheduled medications, tomorrow is end of DST. We go back one hour. This means that if your dosing schedule is not set one hour earlier before you go to bed tonight, you will be taking meds one hour later tomorrow.
For me, this is a critical problem that, if left unnoticed and unaddressed, leads to (usually) a week or more (up to a month) of unpleasant consequences and distressing existence.

Why is it that the dipshit politicians who have the right idea about abolishing the time change don't understand that the permanent adjustment should be to standard time. They already tried permanent DST and it failed. Permanent Standard time wouldn't have those issues.

This is my first sober spring forward in a very long time and I'm starting to understand what you people have been bitching about for two decades.
I sympathise with the folks complaining about updating their clocks every few months...
Although I don't have that issue in my timezone, what really grinds my gears is an offset of +/- half an hour with the UTC and other most popular time zones
