Today I learned about #Emacs `eww-copy-alternate-url`.
When viewing a page in #EWW, I can invoke the function which will prompt me to pick from a list of nodes that match the following #CSS selector:: `HTML HEAD link[rel=alternate]`.
The selected link is added to the kill ring. Which makes it silly pants easy to collect the #RSS feed for a page. Next up? Maybe a capture template to add that URL to my #RSS feed list.

river-bedload which I use to get workspace info in json format for my workspace script. So either I go back to waybar or maybe I give #SwayWM another shot with eww as I can easily use swaymsg to obtain workspace information ?#RunBSD

EWW rocks! I’ve recently started using it every day to read text articles. I also found this site with a good list of text links for various news sources. Remember: you can bookmark pages like news sites with Bookmarks in Emacs as well.

Also, I have an “open with eww” command now in Emacs which works really well and I’ll publish the code soon for others when I get to it.

@ayakael it is very slick and very capable and the emacs-like key bindings are very welcome, but now I'm puzzling through how to make #qutebrowser the secondary-browser in #eww

But really, truly, objectively speaking I cannot think of a worse existing social media platform to turn into/use for dating than Twitter/X. Honestly, Mastodon would be next worst... stay in your lane people!
