A red fire hydrant with two ports and a dull brass security nut on top emerges from the cracked pavement of a sidewalk. The paint is a little chipped and weathered, and rust can be seen in areas where the paint is missing. There is some white graffiti on the top of the hydrant, and the embossed letters "CWW" and "NH1". The collar of the hydrant is held with silver nuts and bolts.. The base of the hydrant is embossed with a globe logo with a lower-case e beneath it, the year "2016," and the letters "CWW." In the background is a curb with some remaining chips of yellow paint, and an asphalt roadway.
